We have not received a return for reasons of inaccurate information or substandard quality since we launched in 2014.

If you’d like to return your undamaged TacBook for a refund, please do so via USPS Media Mail within 30 days of your purchase and send us a quick note requesting the refund. That’s it! No questions asked. We’ll process refund as soon as possible and even reimburse any shipping costs.
