Can I do a bulk order for my agency?

Absolutely! We are honored to provide this resource to your department. (We also love it when officers aren’t out-of-pocket for essential gear items that should be standard-issue.)

When will a TacBook for my state be available?

TacBook USA is committed to providing TacBooks for officers in each state across the USA. We are even planning on producing them for Canada and other countries.

Although we are going in a particular order, if you can secure a bulk order for your agency (10+) we’ll move your state to the top priority, and get them to you ASAP (30-45 days, or sooner!).

Can you customize a TacBook for my agency or jurisdiction?

We do that too. Just check out the UCMJ - Ft. Hood TX Military Police edition!

If you’d like a custom edition for your agency, just contact us and we’ll get the process rolling. We will need to determine if you have material on hand, and get a clear vision of what you need. There is a nominal flat fee for the labor hours in our initial order. However, on orders over 50, we waive that customization fee! And, we will ensure your custom editions are updated annually. How cool is it to have a quality field guide imbedded with your agency material (graphics, seals, badges, mottos) ?

How often are the TacBooks updated?

We understand the information needs to be current! That is why we only order them in small batches; so each time we order a new batch, we can ensure any necessary changes can be included, such as new or repealed laws. As you know, there are millions of laws across the nation, so if we miss something let us know! One reason our field guides are so special is because LEO’s and subject matter experts from across the county provide excellent insight and feedback.

What are your practices in terms of reducing waste and harm to the environment?

Here are some facts about our product and practices:

  • TacBooks are Recyclable

  • 100% Tree Free

  • Do not use any chemicals in our process that are on the REACH or EHS lists

  • With a production output of 26,000,000 lbs., less than 800 lbs. of non-production related waste was generated from the manufacturing

  • No toxins or heavy metal used in the manufacturing process

  • When properly incinerated, no detectable amounts of sulfur, chlorine, nitrogen or dioxin gases are produced with the products

  • The durability and attributes yield products that have extremely long wear and stay out of the waste stream longer.

  • The products are compatible with polypropylene waste stream
